Since this is the beginning of processing for tax year 2016 the 2012 information for Return Transcripts and Record of Accounts are no longer available.  The years that are available now are 2016, 2015, 2014, and 2013.  Also, Wage and Income Documents for 2006 are no longer available. 

The first day that 2016 returns can be filed was January 23, 2017. It can take 2-3 weeks to process an electronic return once it is filed and longer for a paper return.  With this in mind, the earliest transcripts for 2016 electronically filed returns would be available is the second week of February, longer for paper.
