As of September 2020, a new Form 4506-C has been available for use to request copies tax transcripts. Please transition to the new Form 4506-C , as soon as possible. The IRS has extended the time it will accept the old Form 4506-T through April 30, 2021. Beginning May 1, 2021, all transcript requests must be submitted exclusively on the Form 4506-C. Forms 4506-T received on or after May 1, 2021 will be rejected.
